I’m writing to report an issue with downloading a mesh after cropping for one of the users. I tried to download the mesh myself after cropping and turning off any unused layers, but I got the same error. The crop has less than 100 scans.
Could you please review this issue and see what’s causing it? If you need access to the project, I can add you as a member.

Sorry you are having this issue. Can you provide me with more information on your workflow to know when you are getting this error message? Also can you provide me with screenshots of the error message?
