Created by John Tapia, Modified on Thu, 30 May at 1:35 AM by Nicholas Czarnick

This article covers the steps to access Cintoo Cloud when receiving a project invitation from an existing Cintoo Cloud project team member.

1. If you have not yet created a Cintoo Cloud user account and you receive a Cintoo project invitation, you will receive two emails: one with subject line "Cintoo: Username invited you to join the team," and another email with subject line "Cintoo: Username has invited you to Project Name."

2. You must first open the email with subject line "Cintoo: Username invited you to join the team," and click Join The Team!

3. Fill out the form, accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and click Join Now.

4. You will be redirected to the Dashboard of your new Cintoo Cloud user account. To access the project you have been invited to, click "My Projects" in Cintoo Cloud, or open the email with subject line "Cintoo: Username has invited you to Project Name," and click Open The Project.

5. You will now have access to Cintoo Cloud and any Cintoo projects you are invited to. To log back in to Cintoo after singing out, be sure to use the same Cintoo URL that is shown in the  "Cintoo: Username has invited you to Project Name,"  email.

If the URL is "https://us.cintoo.cloud/..." you must log in here: https://us.cintoo.cloud/login

If the URL is "https://eu.cintoo.cloud/..."  you can log in here: https://eu.cintoo.cloud/login or here: https://aec.cintoo.com/login

If the URL is a custom company domain such as "https://companyname.cintoo.cloud/..." you must log in using that company's custom URL (e.g. companyname.cintoo.cloud)

When redirected to the Cintoo login page, input your credentials:
