This article covers the steps to restore a deleted Cintoo project.
1. On the My Projects page, set the project filter to Inactive.
- If the deleted project does not display, it may be more than 30 days since the project status was changed to Deleted, and the project can’t be restored with this feature. Contact support@cintoo.com for further assistance.
2. Click the “Restore project” icon.
- If there is no "Restore project" icon, then you do not have the necessary permissions to restore the project.
3. Click Restore to restore the project to Active status.
