This article describes how to add new project managers and how to facilitate their access to new projects.
Permissions: only users with Administrator role can invite Project Managers to Cintoo.

Project Managers can create projects, upload laser scan data in each project and use all Cintoo features.
Inviting New Project Managers
- From burger menu at the top right corner select Administration
- On Project Managers tab click Invite Project Manager at the top right
- Invite Project Managers pop-up window appears allowing to type Email and Name of an invitee
- When one of these Project Managers creates a project, it's possible to select the account and the plan in Create Project window.
Setting Account Owner or Administrator as Project Manager
Users with Account Owner or Administrator roles can attribute Project Manager role to themselves:
- From burger menu at the top right corner select Administration
- On Project Managers tab toggle on Add me as Project Manager option at the top left
- Access to full features of Cintoo is granted, including capacity to create projects, upload laser scan data, invite users and members etc.
- This option is checked by default so Account Owner has all the permissions.
Making all projects visible to all Project Managers
It's possible to either make all new projects visible to all Project Managers or not. If not, each Project Manager will only see its own projects in My Projects and invitational projects.
To allow all new projects to be visible to all Project Managers:
- From burger menu at the top right select Administration
- In Project Managers tab toggle on Add all Project Managers in new projects
