Logging in to Cintoo

First, check the email inbox for emails from Cintoo with either of the following subject lines:

  • "Cintoo: Verify your email address"
  • "Cintoo: Username invited you to join the team"
  • "Cintoo: Username has invited you to Project Name" 

Any one of these emails will contain a URL that will directs to the proper login page:

1. If the URL in the email is "https://aec.cintoo.com/..." or "https://eu.cintoo.cloud/..." log in here: https://aec.cintoo.com/login or here: https://eu.cintoo.cloud/login  

2. If the URL in the email is "https://us.cintoo.cloud/..." log in here: https://us.cintoo.cloud/login  

3. If the URL in the email is "https://companyname.cintoo.cloud/..." log in through that company’s Cintoo login page, which is typically https://companyname.cintoo.cloud/login 

If the company uses a custom Cintoo domain, contact your organization's Cintoo administrator for further instructions.
