If you are not able to successfully push Cintoo annotations to a linked Newforma Konekt project, verify that the Newforma Konekt project settings only contain Priority, Status, and Type in the “Issue mandatory attributes” field under the project General Settings. Any additional mandatory attributes could cause Cintoo Cloud to not sync with your Newforma Konekt project:
