Checking Scan Capacity and Usage in Accounts
Admins of a Cintoo account can check their scan capacity and usage by going to the Administration page from burger menu at the top right. The scan count is is the cumulative sum of all scan positions in all Cintoo projects created in the individual Cintoo account. Reaching the capacity, it's possible to increase the max scan capacity or delete scans from existing projects to continue using Cintoo.
Contact your Cintoo Sales Representative or sales@cintoo.com to do that.
If attempted to upload with Cintoo Connect the amount of scans or 360 images exceeding the capacity of the subscription the following message would be shown allowing to proceed until the scan capacity would be full. In this case part of scans/360 image won't be uploaded.
