Change the Main Administrator in Cintoo
This article covers steps to change the main administrator of a Cintoo account.
- This actions are only possible for a user with a role of Account Owner of Cintoo account.
- If Account Owner of Cintoo account is no longer with the organization, contact support@cintoo.com
1. From burger menu at the top right corner select Administration.
2. Navigate to the Administrators tab.
3. Find the user in the list of Administrators to assign as new Account Owner, and click Change Owner (Star) icon from Actions column.
- If the desired user is not listed as an Admin, they must be invited as an Admin first.
- If there is no Change Owner (Star) icon for the desired user, then that user is already the Owner of another paid or trial Cintoo account and cannot be assigned as Account Owner.
3. Click Confirm to change the Account Owner. Account Owner designation will now be applied to the desired user. Original Account Owner will be re-assigned as an Admin.
