Unified Meshes in AutoCAD (FBX Format)

To export unified meshes in FBX format from Cintoo Cloud, follow these steps:

1. Select the scan, crop, work zone, or whole data set that you want to export
    
2. Click on the Export button and choose FBX as a format
3. Specify a name and location for the file and click Save

For AutoCAD products 2018 

To import unified meshes in FBX format into AutoCAD software, follow these steps:

• Open AutoCAD software and create a new drawing
• Click on Application menu > Import > FBX
• Locate and select the file exported from Cintoo Cloud
• Click Open
  

For AutoCAD products 2019 or newer

Warning: starting with AutoCAD Products 2019, support for the import and export of the FBX file format has been removed.

To import unified meshes in FBX format into AutoCAD software (2019 or newer), do the following:

Append the FBX in Navisworks and save as NWD/NWC. In AutoCAD it is possible to attach it as a Coordination model.
