Resetting Your Cintoo Cloud Password

This article covers the steps to reset a forgotten Cintoo Cloud password.

1. Click "Forgot password?" on the Cintoo login page.

2. Enter the email address that is linked to the Cintoo Cloud account and click "Send password reset email."

3. You will receive an email with subject line "Cintoo: Reset password." If you don't receive the email from Cintoo in your inbox, check the Spam or Junk folders, or contact your organization's IT department to check if emails from Cintoo are being blocked or restricted. 

Click the "Reset Your Password" button.

4. You will be redirected to the password reset page. Enter your the new Cintoo Cloud password you wish to use and click "Save."

5. With your password reset, proceed to log in with your email address and new Cintoo Cloud password.
