How to Add a Credit Card as New Payment Method

This article covers the steps to follow to add a new payment method to a Cintoo account if this payment method is credit card.


Permissions: users with Account Owner or Administrator role can add a new payment method.


Warning: if payment method is by invoice please provide billing information to your Cintoo Sales contact, so it's defined correctly in Cintoo system.


1. Go to Administration menu from burger menu on top right.


2. Open Payment method tab and update card details. Click Save.


3. Check if the payment method is up to date.

4. Billing Address tab needs to be filled with information about the person receiving the bill as well as address information. All this data is related to the payment method (credit card) defined in Payment Method tab.
