Error Signing up for a Free Trial Account

This article describes a solution to an error occurring when trying to sign up for a trial Cintoo account.

When attempting to create a free trial account using an email address that is already linked to an active or expired Cintoo plan, an email with subject line "Cintoo: 30 Day Free Trial declined" will be sent.

In this case, go directly to aec.cintoo.com or us.cintoo.cloud (depending on the tenant where Trial account was created) and sign in with the email address and password linked to a current active Cintoo plan, or click Contact Cintoo Sales Team to get in touch with a Cintoo sales representative about purchasing a paid Cintoo subscription.
