Delete a Project

This article covers steps to delete a Cintoo project.

Permissions: only users with Project Owner, Administrator or Account Owner with a permission Delete or restore projects in a corresponding project can delete a project.

1. On My Projects page, click Delete icon on the project to be deleted.

If there is no Delete icon, then necessary permissions to delete the project are absent. Contact Administrator of Cintoo account.

2. Click Delete in the pop-up window. The status of the project will change from Active to Deleted, and the project will remain in the account for 30 days before being permanently removed.

3. To permanently delete a project from an account, set project filter to Inactive, and click Delete permanently icon on the project.

4. Click Delete permanently? to confirm.
