Editing Capabilities Accessing Cintoo Project via Share Link

If a user accesses a Share link and has access to the project/work zone with the relevant role/permissions and is also logged into Cintoo, no restrictions to edit/save annotations, measurements, and crops are applied.

However, the user will NOT be able to create, edit, or delete annotations, measurements, or crops, if a user:

• is NOT a project/work zone member
• is a project/work zone member but DOES NOT have the necessary permissions
• is a project/work zone member with necessary permissions, but he is NOT logged into Cintoo (e.g. visiting in private window/navigation)
