Follow the steps below to reconnect Cintoo to Autodesk if the ACC/BIM 360 hub is no longer displaying in the Cintoo "Import models" panel:
- You will need Account Admin access level in ACC/BIM 360 to follow the instructions below.
For Autodesk Construction Cloud:
1. Go to Account Admin > Apps > My Apps. Select the Cintoo Cloud app.
2. Click Uninstall.
- This will not effect any previously imported model files or issues that have been pushed from Cintoo to ACC.
3. Reconnect the Cintoo Cloud app following the steps in this article: Register Cintoo with Autodesk Construction Cloud
For Autodesk BIM 360:
1. Go to Account Admin > Apps > My Apps. Select the Cintoo Cloud app.
2. Click Remove App.
- This will not effect any previously imported model files or issues that have been pushed from Cintoo to BIM 360.
3. Reconnect the Cintoo Cloud app following the steps in this article: Register Cintoo with Autodesk BIM 360
