The error message is "Recap error: failed" and is caused by a problem with the creation of the Recap project file (.rcp). This is not a critical issue, as the most important data, the scan files (RCS/RCC), are still created during the export process. A workaround for this issue is to check if the RCS/RCC files were created for all the scans, and if so, manually create a Recap project and add the RCS files to it. This error can happen when there's not enough disk space to save all the files at the end of the export process.
