If you attempt to create a free trial account using an email address that is already linked to an active or expired Cintoo Cloud plan, you will receive an email with subject line "Cintoo: 30 Day Free Trial declined."
In this case, go directly to https://aec.cintoo.com/login and sign in with the email address and password linked to a current active Cintoo Cloud plan, or click Contact Cintoo Sales Team to get in touch with a Cintoo sales representative about purchasing a paid Cintoo Cloud subscription.
