Importing 3D models to Cintoo requires the BIM & CAD Module (BCM) add-on to the base Collaborate, Share, & Distribute (CSD) Cintoo subscription.
If the Cintoo project you are attempting to import models to has a grey lock icon in the upper right side of the screen, the BCM has not been activated for that Cintoo account.
Contact your organization's Cintoo administrator for further assistance, or if you are the Cintoo administrator for your organization, see these instructions: Unlocking the BIM & CAD Module (BCM)
