*NOTE: There is a known issue with Firefox browser version 123.0 and newer that is preventing VR content from being displayed in some VR headsets that are tethered to a PC.
Firefox browser versions 97.0.1 and newer may have some VR settings disabled by default. The following instructions show how to make sure VR functionality is enabled in Firefox:
1. Launch Firefox and type “about:config” in the address search bar:
2. Type “VR” in the search bar, and press ENTER
3. Toggle the following VR settings to “true”:
- "dom.vr.always_support_vr"
- "dom.vr.autoactivate.enabled"
- "dom.vr.enabled"
- "dom.vr.webxr.enabled"
4. Close and re-launch Firefox
5. Open your Cintoo project, navigate to the 3D View tab, and click the Virtual Reality button:
6. Click “Allow” if prompted to allow Cintoo to access your VR device:
7. Click the VR icon to enter VR mode. In some instances, you may need to click the icon more than once to push the scene to your headset:
