Impact of Late Renewal or Cancellation of Cintoo Subscriptions

If you don’t renew your Cintoo subscription on time, there will be consequences for your projects. All projects within your subscription will be flagged as 'expired' and will no longer be available for access. Cintoo retains project data for 90 days after the subscription expiration date, after which they will be permanently deleted.


During this 90-day grace period, projects can be moved to another active subscription provided there is enough scan capacity available. Once your subscription is renewed within this timeframe, all projects will become active immediately, ensuring uninterrupted access to your data and software.


It's important to note that failing to renew your subscription in a timely manner can result in the loss of project data and access to the Cintoo Platform. Therefore, we highly recommend renewing your subscription before the expiration date to avoid any disruptions to your workflow.
