Impact of Late Renewal or Cancellation of Cintoo Subscriptions
If a Cintoo subscription is not renewed on time, there will be consequences for your projects. All projects within your subscription will be flagged as expired and will no longer be available for access. Cintoo retains project data for 90 days after the subscription expiration date, after which they will be permanently deleted.
During this 90-day grace period, projects could be moved to another active subscription provided there is enough scan capacity available. Once subscription is renewed within this timeframe, all projects will become active immediately, ensuring uninterrupted access to data and software.
It's important to note that failing to renew a subscription in a timely manner can result in a loss of project data and access to Cintoo. Therefore, it is highly recommended to renew a subscription before expiration date to avoid any disruption.
