With the root project folder selected in the Data tab, you can simply copy and send the URL address to others, but only members who have already been invited to that project and have access to it will be able to open the project using that link:
Alternatively, you can generate a shared viewer link from the 3D View tab. The difference is the shared viewer link does not give recipients direct access to the main project, it is only a standalone viewer to view the data and snap simple measurements.
