With the root project folder selected in the Data tab, it's possible to simply copy and send the URL address to others, but only members who have already been invited to that project and have access to it will be able to open the project using that link:
Alternatively, generate a shared viewer link from the 3D View tab.
The difference is that the shared viewer link does not give recipients direct access to the main project, it's just a standalone viewer to navigate and view the data.
