Cintoo Connect fails the import and export processes under the following conditions met simultaneously:
- Browser version:
- Microsoft Edge 130 or above
- Google Chrome 130 or above
- Cintoo Connect version 2.12.0 or below
When trying to import files using Cintoo Connect 2.12.0, instead of opening the application browser opens a new tab about:blank#blocked:
If installed Cintoo Connect version is below 2.12.0 the application opens with only a Message tab saying:
[ERROR] Invalid URI: too many values to unpack (expected 2).
Solution:
Upgrade your Cintoo Connect to the 2.12.1 version (or above) to avoid import and export issues.
Once there is a new version of Cintoo Connect available the pop-up message appears on Cintoo Cloud website. Follow the instructions to install the application afterwards.
If for any reason the Cintoo Connect update is not possible please use Mozilla Firefox browser instead.
Contact Cintoo Support if you encounter any issues after the upgrade.
