The Data tab is a project-level interface for accessing, managing, and browsing the various Work Zone folders and project files (e.g. scans, models, asset tags, etc.) in a project on Cintoo Cloud.
When opening a Cintoo project from My Projects by clicking the Data View icon, the project will open on the Data tab by default. The Explorer Toolbar (1) is docked to the left side of the screen , the Work Zone Explorer (2) is situated next to it, while the main view (3) displays the Work Zone folders and individual project files.
Note: While in the Data Tab, you will only have access to the Work Zone Explorer within the Explorer toolbar.
There are two display modes for viewing the Data tab which can be set based on user preference:
List Mode:
Tile Mode:
Clicking on a Work Zone folder name listed in the Work Zone Explorer will open and display its files or sub-folders in the main view:
When a Work Zone folder is selected from the Work Zone Explorer or from the main view, additional Work Zone folders can be displayed in the main view by clicking the check box next to the Work Zone name listed in the Work Zone Explorer:
Work Zone folders can be collapsed/expanded by clicking on the Work Zone directory name in the main view. Unchecking the Work Zone will hide the folders in the main directory.
Quickly find Work Zone folders or individual files within a project my selecting the root project folder at the top of the Work Zone Explorer, and using the search box tool in the main view:
- The following attributes can be searched using the Data Tab search box:
- Work Zone folder name
- File name
- File uuid
From the Data tab, various Actions (e.g. Delete, Edit, Download, Share, etc.) can be taken for selected Work Zone folders or individual project files:
- List Mode: The various Action icons will be displayed for each item in the main view on the right side of the screen under the Actions column:
- Tile Mode: The various Action icons will appear when hovering the mouse cursor over an item in the main view:
Multiple items can be selected simultaneously by clicking the check box for each item in the main view, and the Actions for the multi-selected items will appear at the bottom of the screen:
