Troubleshooting a Generic ReCap Error in Cintoo Connect

Cintoo Connect may show a generic ReCap SDK error message when it cannot process or export your point cloud data. This can happen if your computer does not have enough memory or if the file format you are using is incompatible.

To fix this error, you can try these steps:


  • Export fewer scans at a time or close other programs to free up memory.
  • Export your point cloud data to the E57 file format, which is more reliable and compatible than other formats.
