Resolving a Lost Project Invite

To join a project on Cintoo Cloud, the new project member needs an invitation from an existing project member. If the invitation email is lost try the following steps:

• If the recipient has an existing Cintoo Cloud account, try to find the invitation at https://aec.cintoo.com/notifications. There is no need to resend the invitation to join the project.
• If the person doesn’t have an existing Cintoo Cloud account, follow the steps in the following article to remove the member from the project, and then re-add the member to the project to resend the project invitation Removing Members from a Project.
