Resolving a Lost Project Invite

To join a project on Cintoo Cloud, the new project member needs an invitation from an existing project member. If the invitation email is lost here’s what you can do:

• If the recipient has an existing Cintoo Cloud account, they can find the invitation at https://aec.cintoo.com/notifications. There is no need to resend the invitation to join the project.
• If the person doesn’t have an existing Cintoo Cloud account, follow the steps in the following article to remove the member from the project, and then re-add the member to the project to resend the project invitation :https://cintoo.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/101000452773
